How do we do things here at Entec?


Developing our people, and building great relationships


Entec’s culture has been consistent over the years. As a family-owned business with a flat management structure, we stay very focused on recruiting and retaining the very best staff we can find.

We really emphasise training and development, with around 10-15% of staff at any one time enrolled in either their first or second apprenticeship. We’ve enjoyed a very low staff turnover and take massive pride in seeing our people grow in their roles and develop new skills. We take great satisfaction in growing strong and mutually-beneficial relationships with our customers. Many of our customer relationships are decades old and we treasure the repeat business.

We’re also proud of our great relationships with our key suppliers. From the leading international manufacturers we represent, such as Waukesha, Ariel Compressor and Industrial Scientific, through to our large family of local trade suppliers, we have built enjoyable and profitable partnerships together.
