We have a very active apprenticeship programme and we seek other ways to train and develop new skills and to provide new career growth opportunities. We have numerous families within the business with two generations working with us, that’s testament to the fact that we’re doing something right.

We have enjoyed great success in diversifying Entec’s product and service streams, the customers we work with and the industries we work in. The energy industry has always been the cornerstone of Entec’s business. We are now at the forefront of decarbonisation, helping our customers to transition to new energy sources and building towards New Zealand’s future carbon neutral economy.
